So… why hasn’t it happened for you yet?
Come on… admit it
This isn’t the first time you’ve been looking for a proven way to pass the State Board of Barbering written/theory portion of the exam… is it?
When is it your turn?
When you get to the end of this page, you’re going to discover that your closer to passing your State board barber exam and being a licensed barber than you ever been before.
Hey my name is Hasheem (Sheem) the Barber. And a few years ago I was just like you Time was running out
Everything I owned was packed into a suitcase
And I had nowhere I could go ,No way to earn money,Nowhere to turn.
“You know at the end of the week you have to be out Sheem… I allowed you to stay here but your cousin nate is going to need his room back.” Said my Uncle
Desperately I tried to plead with him
“I’m taking my State board exam tomorrow, once I pass I have a job lined up and I will be able to support myself.”
“Hey, whatever you need to do, do before the end of the week… by the way I saw the airport is hiring, you might want to look into that.”
I was so frustrated…
I got at a lump deep in the pit of my stomach as my uncle shut my bedroom door and as I tried to study, I realized that my entire life depended on one test.
One test determined if I was going to be a Professional Barber able to provide or himself or a homeless barber college graduate with no professional license to show for it.
You see, just nine months earlier, I had “officially” started my career in barbering and started barber college
I had been trying to learn everything about barbering for almost a year now, and I kept hearing success barbers talk about how the most important thing you can have is…
- Your State barbers License
- It made total sense to me.
- You want to work in a shop
- You want to practice barbering without getting fined, cited, or charged
- You want to make money
- You want to set your own schedule
- You need to have A State Issue barbers license
- It made total sense…right?
- And I saw others doing it. All I needed was to Pass the test.
- I just had no idea how I was going to do that.
The Problem I had was I didn’t know the questions that were on the exam
Their was just to much information covered over the last nine months of school.
And that’s when I had my big “ah-ha” moment…
That’s when I decided I HAD to make a change.
So first I tried going chapter to chapter trying to memorize all the section quizzes. That didn’t work at all it was just to broad and I had a knew that the exam would be more specific.
Then I tried asking former classmates that took the test what question they’re asked on the exam, and it was a little better.
And that’s when I finally tried getting in contact with my instructor his past employer was the actual proctor of the exam. He gave me what I really needed. The questions and the answers from the Actual Exam. And Guess what? This time it worked!
And that’s when I Realized it wasn’t my fault! It’s because of the Governing bodies that try to make it so hard for individuals to pass. They give you ten to twenty thousand hours of information then condense it into a 60 to 90 min exam, with tricky wording, confusing multiple choice options and no available exam study guide. No wonder I was struggling!
For nine months they had been telling me focus, pay attention and study hard and you’ll be ready to pass the exam, and when I figured out that it wasn’t true, I was finally able to break out of their chains and get the results I deserved.
The real problem is the National-Interstate Council of State Boards of Cosmetology or the NIC. They were the ones keeping me from studying what I really needed to know. Since they make the test but offer no precise study guide to what’s on the actual exam for students to study.
Once I realized that all I really needed was the questions and answers that were on the exam, that’s when I started to learn what I needed really FAST!
I didn’t realize when I started that not only does it helps you learn the valuable material, but it also familiarize you with the structure of the questions, increases your speed and gives you all the correct answers.
And that’s why I created “The State Board of Barbering Cheat Sheet”
This took me down the path of a barber educator alongwith years to create and cost me thousands but it was totally worth it.
It makes passing the state board of barbering exam so much easier!
What used to take me hours upon hours of studying in preparation, I can get done in the same amount of one episode of my favorite tv show.
Pass your test the first time so you can start making money
Increase your ability to recall questions and answers so you can breeze through the test with ease
Build your confidence so you wont be bothered with pre test anxiety
But don’t just take my word for it. Here’s what others are saying:
I took several other courses and they all took so much time that by the time I got to the end I would forget what I learned at the beginning. I was about to give up when I ran across your site. It was like a miracle. Maybe it isn’t the best way to learn for everyone but for me it was perfect. It not only helped me remember the answers but it built my test taking confidence. It’s hard to believe that you have the best prices AND the best method of preparing for the exam. I can’t thank you enough.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.

The BEST preparatory course for barber licensing. I recently went through the exams and just got back from the CA state test, and I passed ! The first time ! I was the first one finished, and felt that I could never have done so without the assistance of this course. Thank you very much ! I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to pass the test. This is my 2nd state that I am licensed in, with a great deal of difference between the two states, which made it harder for me. The focus to the laws and sanitation procedures of my state was right on ! licensed in Barbering in TN and CA !

After finishing this prep course I took the test and passed! I’m glad I got your card in the mail. Thanks.
